    Menzerna SF4500 or SF4000

Which polish to get. I have M105/M205 twins but need something finer. Is Sf4500 too fine. Is sf4000 enough with black pad. Thoughts

Coated my tires today and WOW,

I purchased the trim version also and to be honest looks like the only difference is the applicator pad. Product looks to be the same. Advance Auto is having a sale now so I got it for around $11

How many of your neighbors are into car detailing

Pretty much consensus that most people don't put a lot of thought into their cars. But I guess that comes with our disposable society. I bet most of their cars are leases or if not they like to flip their cars every couple years. If that is the case, no real need to keep it clean I guess.

How many of your neighbors are into car detailing

On my street no one does anything to their car. Once in a while they'll wash it but absolutely nothing else. No vacuuming, cleaning glass, etc. I am the only one that gives my car weekly car washes. I polish probably once a year but probably less now with new coatings.

Coated my tires today and WOW,

I don't have any pictures to support my claim but it's been probably 3-4 weeks now and honestly on the three cars I have used they all look like the day I put the coating on. One car was two coats. The next two cars went and did three coats. Lasts a lot longer than PERL that I was using. And no...

    DA polisher question

Be sure to use a 20% off coupon, they are everywhere. I have this and a PC7424 and the Harbor Freight one is more powerful. Build quality is excellent. Only knock on it is the location and quality of off/on switch.

    Harder clear coat

Probably dumb question, why can't they make a harder clear coat, you know one that you can't scratch. Is there a reason why clear coat has to be so soft that a simple swipe of a towel will mar it. Is it too difficult to make one rock hard? I know there is a good reason for this though...

    Cleaning inside glass

The trick is to use less. And separate towel to clean. I also use Klasse AIO as it will easily get all the streaks and smears out

    Shipping costs

AG sets it up so that you basically have to wait for 15-25% off sales to cover the excessive shipping costs. You almost feel you're getting a bad deal when you pay non-discounted prices (kind of like Harbor Freight with their ubiquitous 20% coupons. I kind of wished they would do away with the...
