welcome! I use DP interior protectant that I picked up on BOGO not too long ago. Works pretty well with only a slight gloss and smells like a yellow laffy taffy. Megs quick interior detailer is a good, less expensive option too.

I don't need to drive your Z, thanks for the offer though! Mine is far from stock, besides the exterior...the intercooler and BOV sometimes give it away though.

It says 30 mins to an hr before buffing off and I normally wait 12 hrs or so before topping with anything to let it cure. Never had an issue with longevity...it lasts about 6 months, but my car is a garage queen.

I tried using aquapel today and it just hazed up on the glass. It was almost impossible to get off, I had to use glass cleaner to eventually get it all off. I used it just as directed. Maybe it did this because I had left it in my car, including in winter months, for over a year....idk

that's a new one, I don't think companies such as meguiars and mothers would have been around as long as they have if that claim were true. I have never heard of that product and IMO I would stick to using the pinnacle products you have been using. Just my 2 pennies.

I was thinking about trying some chemical guys stuff for the first time. I see they have tons of stuff, but I am looking to see if anyone uses any of their products as their "go to" product for anything. Feed back please

I agree 100%. It's a lot easier to navigate than the autogeek app that is available. Well worth the $3 because you can also access other forums on the same app.

I never said black... I really like detailing metallic red vehicles. But the OP did a nice job with the color!

I hate detailing cars that are that color...it is so hard to make them really pop. Looks good from the pictures though and I look forward to the more extensive write-up in the future.
