Yeah... I happen to have 2 accounts. E93to is my original account but somehow tapatalk randomly logged me out and logged me back in with an old account I was not aware of. I cannot log in with E93to on tapatalk for some reason. So I just use the old account on tapatalk.

Does the sealant normally penetrate below the residue of earlier-applied sealant? My thought was that 2nd coat of sealant would be on the residue of the 1st coat of sealant, which would be removed when buffing

Sorry for the confusion. I just wanted to know whether 2nd coat of sealant was applied correctly even thought he 1st coat was not completely buffed off. So should I apply the sealant again?

So does the 2nd sealant bond to the first coat of sealant? I studied qed and cmp, but I don't know about how these things would work...

I detailed my car over the weekend. I applied a cost of Klasse sealant on Saturday, and on Sunday I applied another coat. I noticed that first coat of sealant wasn't completely buffed off (there is some haze upon close inspection). Klasse is always difficult to buff off even though I apply...

I don't care about not driving my car. I've driven it less than several hundred miles this year. If I take it out for a drive, I want the car to be perfect. Time is no issue for me

Can I not just wash the car after 12 hours then (which I do to remove residue)? Is there a reason I have to wait a week before first bucket wash?

Also, is there a benefit to applying the wax after the first bucket wash?

Ah. Ok. But since I have these products, I would like to use both of them. I've read about layering these products multiple times even on this forum, but I think anything more than 2 coats is overkill. Speaking of durability, I don't find Klasse as durable as other sealants I used before...

How should I do it? I would like to speed up the process. I haven't driven my nice convertible since April...

So, is this how I should do it?: Apply Klasse Wait 1 hour Buff it off Wait 10 hours Apply 2nd coat of Klasse Wait 1 hour Buff it off Wait 12 hours Apply Collinite

I am planning to apply 2 coats of Klasse sealant and then 1 or 2 coats of Collinite 845. I am aware that an hour is the cure time for the sealant, and I have to wait around 10 hours before applying another coat of sealant But what about the wax? Can I start applying the wax right after I buff...

Temp has been 90+ in Toronto for almost a week now. And our garage faces west, so it gets quite hot in there. And you even said paint sealant should be stored inside in this post. I won't take any chances with my car.
