Good wheel cleaner that is cheaper than Sonax?

another +1 for Griot's heavy duty wheel cleaner here. Been using it for years and it hasn't failed me yet. I have used Sonax in the past and I still give Griots the slighter edge.

WG Auto Bathe in foam lance?

Im on the same boat. Currently using CG Honeydew with my foam cannon, which I love. I made an order the other day for some Mckee's Xtreme foam and I'm anxious to try it when it gets here along with the Xtreme iron remover

The Post a Picture of Your Ride as it Sits Thread

Around my area the roads are pretty much fine to drive at a lower height. However if I'm driving somewhere outside of my area/comfort zone then I ride at a higher PSI all around to avoid any sudden obstacles in the road. Ive made trips to VA beach, Georgia, Ocean City, MD over the 4 years I've...

    Lexus ES350 AIO detail

Thanks, I told him to come back and see me before winter so I can seal the paint. Been looking into a tire coating with good longetivity and will look into that! I like the Butterwet wax for the ease of application, although I do know it wont last very long, but I let him know that

    Lexus ES350 AIO detail

I'm a fan of some CG products, their butter wet wax, and honeydew snowfoam being the main two. I am always looking for new alternatives to try and may place another order tomorrow for some wax lol.(just placed one today) I used Griots Garage Black shine tire spray as I ran out of the bottle of...

    Lexus ES350 AIO detail

Just thought I would throw up some pictures of a detail I did on a friends/client's car last month. The paint wasn't in terrible shape, but there was a ton of pollen and tree debris from parking it under a tree in his driveway. It has seen multiple auto car washes(there were alot of scratches...

Getting part time up and running again!

Great advice here. I also only limit myself to part time(mainly during the week, and maybe a day on the weekend). I have started out small and plan to keep it small. I started out doing friend's cars and posting my progress pictures to my facebook. This has helped spread the word among my...

It's on airbag suspension but I drive it at a more normal height, closer to lowering spring height. Everyone has their preferences and I respect that if my car isn't your cup of tea, feel free to fire away!

Foam Cannon HP Foaming Lance for your Pressure Washer

I feel this is always a misconception that thicker foam=no need for handwash. The way I've always been told and seen is that you want the foam to be a slightly thinner consistency, as the foam runs down its pulling loose surface debris with it. If you just get thick, shaving cream snowfoam its...

Latest picture, good thing about red is that it hides dirt in pictures:laughing: This was taken some time last week right after a miniature downpour. Havent had the time to spend on my own car as I've been doing others.

    What's a good pressure washer.

That's the exact one I use as well Spazzz. No complaints so far and although I use a foam cannon with it, it does a good job covering the car. Also love the fact that its small and I can carry it as I please while washing the car. I actually prefer it over the Sunjoe

    What's a good pressure washer.

I've been bouncing between a Ryobi 1600 PSI electric power washer and a Sunjoe SPX 3000 1700 PSI electric washer. Both work well, and use the white, 40 degree spray tip, but obviously the SPX works better with my foam cannon(higher GPM=more foam)
