Is it possible to save this windshield?

Unfortunately OEM parts for my car are hard to come by. I don't know about a windshield but I can check. I'm in the middle of switching insurance companies. The new one (metlife) has free windshield replacements and the dectible for my car will be $100. I'll just have to wait for this instead...

Is it possible to save this windshield?

The windshield in my car is heavily pitted by rock chips. I don't want a cheap replacement..... I like the toyota stamp on the lower left :xyxthumbs: Can the rock chips be reduced? I actually feel like this is a hazard because it looks like I have glitter over my windshield when I drive toward...

Best way to fix this paint issue

My mother in law is one of those types of people you see driving and say "that old lady shouldn't be driving!" She's constantly hitting things or cars, well.... a lot more than the average driver. Her 2015 toyota rav4 had some scratch lines on its side and when I looked closer it was paint...

Removing collinite 845 to use my new flex 3401

I bought a six pax of the hybrid pads. 3 orange and 3 white. The pads that are coming with my buffer are not hybrid pads though. So now I have 4 of each. I do have a conditioning brush and I like your idea of the Terry towel and brush together and will do that. Would you say the menzerna...

I did clay bar my car before I recently waxed my car. Do you think I should give it a quick claybar pass or just buff it off?

Removing collinite 845 to use my new flex 3401

Thank you for sharing that very useful info. I'll admit when I did my 08 toyota sequoia (black) I only used 2 pads. I used one, then when it got harder to cut with I cleaned it and switched to the next pad. I did that a few times but this explains what happened. That was the 1st car I ever...

Removing collinite 845 to use my new flex 3401

Would you recommend the 5.5" or 6.5"? What about the suggested Wolfgang Pad Werks pad cleaner. Have you or anyone here try that? Is that two 8oz bags or one?
