Damn, had a feeling about that. Well at least it gives me a reason to buy some Klasse AIO. Here is a pic from today, I did the legacy since my STI was put away for the winter :).

So today I did a full exterior detail and applied Liquid Souveran wax to top things off. I was kind of in a rush and totally forgot to apply my Klasse sealant before applying wax :doh:. Is it okay if I put down a layer of Klasse and then follow up with another layer of Liquid Souveran or do I...

Yup one side is super soft and the other side is a little less which is the side I like using to wipe off compound and Ill use the soft side for wiping wax.

yup figured that out yesterday ;). Ill have to buy a 5" flex backing plate. I need to find a hood that i can practice on.... I did however try picking up the bead on the fly and that definitely help out a lot but it almost feels like the pad dries out to fast and takes control. We will see...

Thank for the tips and links Mike! Its most likely because I am using 6.5 pads. Ill have to take the 5" backing plat off my DA and try 5.5" pads. Thanks!

Thanks a bunch for the input guys. Never even thought of the lacquer thinner! I will definitely give that a shot and see how i make out! but like you said it may at least soften it up a bit so I can rub it off with a scothbrite/terry cloth and compound. If it would only get a little warmer...

Thanks Mike. I can try to compound by hand, maybe Ill build up some muscle in the process haha. What you recommend to use as a buffing pad if I were to do it by hand? Worst comes to worst I am going to get the bumpers repainted this spring but, I'd figure I would give it a shot to revive it

Yeah I tried just buffing with the flex rotary and M105 and I couldn't even keep the buffer in one spot because the surface is so course.
