I learned the realities of this years ago as a late teenager selling for Circuit City... you figure out very quickly that your customer (ones that arent browsing)will need to be communicated in one of 3 ways: 1: the info hoarder - you can pretty much unload your entire vocabulary on the topic...

Hello, after getting registering sorted out, I figured I'd post. I'm a novice from Georgia when it comes to detailing, mostly because Georgia has been in an outdoor water restriction for like 5 years, and my outdoor wash time is limited. ;p I'll be asking for help from everyone in the coming days~
