Try the wheel cleaner ....

I keep coming back to their wheel cleaner. It has been safe on even my uncoated wheels. As I remember it was once endorsed by BBS Wheels. It cleans well, leaves no residue and a great value when bought in a gallon.

I shared a story several times in the way past .... I was once told that in more than one occasions and as a joke, the local kids have gotten into car washes and tied metal bolts at the ends of these fingers and the old fashion twirley things used by car washes. Just thinking of a small metal...

lug nuts and and barrels are most often missed .... and they absolutely should NOT be. Great choice.

I don't wipe my car without a spray for lubrication, even after drying with the Master Blaster to remove any remaining water and spots ... Now I don't advocate mixing product lines when using a coating, but last week I tried G-techniq's C2V3 since I have it at home. The look was just as glossy...

I am still amazed at the outcome. I have tested 1/2 dozen or other coatings, and this one is so easy and without issue. The glossy look is amazing.

I too would have suggested a coating ... but if going the sealant route, then Four Star UPP. There's nothing better looking on blacks, and it lasts along time. It can also be easily boosted with more than 1/2 a dozen sprays as wanted.

Grab some Wolfgang Uber Coating and be done with it. Its about the easiest coating you will ever apply and remove. Price is worth admission ...

It might be considered a hidden gem ... its a great sealant at a very good price.

Zaino indeed recommends and recommended using Dawn before using their sealant (or as its called, a Show Car Polish). At that time, most users used carnauba and Dawn appeared to remove the oils and residual beading. They also offered a manual catalyst that needed to be added prior to the actual...

I agree .... I am surprised that no-one has designed one from a simple hose attachment also. Seems like a great idea especially in the north.

Speed Master Two Brush Combo, wheel brushes, detailing brush, auto detail brush A must-have for wheel barrels ...nothing shows a quick detail worse than dirty wheels and barrels.

Use a good, safe wheel cleaner like P21S. Consider coating wheels with something like G-techniqs Wheel Armor. Once done, only car wash soap is needed for cleanup for about a year !

While the flexible blades seem most popular, the ones with a fixed arm usually match what the OEM installed originally and often last a bit longer. Michelin makes some any the cost is reasonable.

I coated all my trim ... but as with anything, you should test in a small inconspicuous area first.

While I don't advocate harm, more than once I have considered an airhorn.
