17 Rinseless Washes Reviewed: pictures, charts, smell tests, and pseudo-science

I don't know. The Guz said he was told it has both. The Sio2 acts more like a friction modifier. Not sure what the role is of the wax, maybe gloss?

17 Rinseless Washes Reviewed: pictures, charts, smell tests, and pseudo-science

Yeah Ech20 actually has some carnauba wax in it per Mike G. I think what many forget is it's supposed to haze up, then you buff off. Love Ech20.

    Spray Sealants - 3-6 months

I guess no one has used Collinite Beadcoat yet? Forensic loved both Beadcoat and Slickr. Said they're the two best he ever used. Beads like a coating and is super easy to work with.

Pan the Organizer product line...let's discuss@

This. ^ Most products whether built in the US or elsewhere are comprised of components sourced from all over the globe. Some products are "assembled" here but they're assembling parts/supplies sourced from all over the world. This is true in many industries and many products. Let's take ADS...

It's why I asked....haven't used it but it's reaching the elite level based on perception, yes.

Pan the Organizer product line...let's discuss@

Very true. Showing bunch of people boxing or bottling doesn't really mean they're manufacturing in-house. How many of the raw materials come pre-packaged or pre-formulated vs actually blending multiple chemicals under one roof by an actual chemist? Even if you did blend in-house, you're still...

Where do you think ADS falls among the elite brands? I haven't used any of their products but it seems to be right up there with the Carpro and Gyeons. 🤷‍♂️ Kind of a USA Carpro.

    Optimum Hyper Foam Rinseless

That's a good question, I don't know. Their new decon wash is pretty weak from what I've seen so far.

I've been wondering who ADS uses for actually do the formulating/chemistry side. (y)

I still wonder if there is some overlap between Gyeon/Carpro/TAC and Fireball.....

I was told that ADS ceramics come from Asia and all other products use USA raw materials.

    Bilt Hamber Distribution

On one of the FB forums someone mentioned that BH is working on a better/updated LSP of some sort. Their DSW was always a good product. Hydr-Wax as well but they do need either a good spray sealant or some type of coating to complete their line.

    The most hydrophobic wax?

Must be because that is where I first saw this product being advertised. I did some quick research and found it's highly regarded among those that use it. Won't stain plastic. Similar to Meguiar's Ultimate Paste Wax in application, but lasts a lot longer and is very hydrophobic.

    The most hydrophobic wax?

Northstar Firefly Wax. Never heard of it. Looks hydrophobic lol.
