It is the only forum I visit that has instant notification / subscribed as the default. You may want to go back and edit the threads you are already subscribed to as well and change those notification options too (this setting only applies to new threads you post in from this point forward)...

If you have a smart phone there are a number of apps that will do this along the lines of 'black box' The problem is remembering to set it up and use it every time.
