    New Way to Get business

Glad it worked out but it's not really about the neighborhood, IMHO. It's more about the perceived threat. Sadly, there's carjackings all the time here in Orlando - just reality. :(

    Ok, I'm gonna say it...

Bad drivers are heavily concentrated in Florida too. Just this morning someone was obviously texting in front of me...drove up ONTO THE CURB before she realized what she was doing and corrected. Scary. I got on by her and yep...STILL texting. Terrible.

    Noobie's Second Full Detail: Landcruiser

Beautiful work and nice pics! Very well done. Nope, not a wimp - I'm pretty much beat after a process like yours too. :xyxthumbs: Definitely suggest using the DA to apply wax - I was reluctant at first but it makes it very easy to put it on thin...I use a crimson pad and no worries about...

Newbie Question: How to Prep before Applying Car Pro CQuartz DLux

Here's my $.02: Since you're making the effort to apply Dlux - and it does take some time / attention to detail (no pun intended), you want to do it right. For me, "right" would be to clean the trim with the APC that I think was on your order list (the Detailers stuff, I believe) and then...

15 percent sales are fairly common, 20 percent a little more unusual. Since I think I saw in another post of yours elsewhere that you're in Florida, you can hit free shipping at either $90 or $95 - can't remember - but still have to pay FL tax. Don't forget to add a free sample of something...

Help a Female Newbie - Interior Care Products

Your list looks like a winner to me. :xyxthumbs: Since you've stated you have a pro detailer lined up for the time being for the exterior, I see no problem with focusing on the interior - and will hazard a guess that over time you'll end up doing your exterior stuff too. All of the comments...

Regarding CarPro Dlux - here's a 50/50 shot on some very badly faded trim that I did as part of a detail last weekend (http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/show-n-shine/91013-oliver-cr-v-gets-some-love.html). Best part is, it lasts and lasts. Not meant to be a shameless plug, just perspective...

You can order and they'll send it when it's available - maybe give 'em a call to see if they have an ETA. (No doubt there's a myriad / overwhelming variety of great products available - in the words of Mike Phillips, "Find something you like and use it often".
