Got 38* day this weekend and decided to clean her up and wash out the garage. Both are clean for a few day ahead of some sub zero temps coming.

    From "stay tuned" to T U N E D !!

I think these look great. 18's ride so much nicer. When I picked my car out my wife was shocked that I didn't order the 19's or even outfit it with the performance wheels. I wanted better efficiency but honestly, I wanted a better ride. Besides, less worries on winter roads. Good luck...

Winter Wheels on and thus far the new rubber and wheels did great in the high teens and low 20's temp wise and overall efficiency. Only about a 6% loss overall. The next models are crazy efficient. Next up seeing how they perform in snow of which 4-6" are headed our way. Garage pic shows...

    2025 Tesla Model S

Nicely done! Ultra red is very much like Mazda's red we had on our last Soccer mom SUV. Looks great here on Tesla. I came close and sometimes regret not going the bright red route. Great job!

Agree. The new ones are going to be the summer set up. I'm putting them on now as the new test tires are all seasons and they want to see how they perform in winter. I'm putting them on now and will run them through next fall when I'll put the OEM's back on.

Picked up some new wheels for the daily! Got a set of 18" Martian MW08's to use for a new set of Performance all season EV tires I’ve been asked to test out. Excited to share more details as things progress, but I should have them mounted and installed by the first week of December. I was kind...

    Holograms/swirls on '19 Mazda CX-9

First off, since it’s a Mazda, you’ll want a paint thickness gauge. Mazda uses thin, water-based paints that are easy to burn through if you’re not careful. The good news is that Mazda paint is usually easy to correct, so if your pad isn’t spinning much, that might be the issue. I use a forced...

sanded headlight forever, and polished. Still milky appearance.

Sanding is fine but I wouldn't go much below 1000 grit. Some will go 800 but not me. No need other than to save a tad bit of time. I use a drill and circular sanding pads. Try and stick with 3M Trizact product. There is a difference and it's worth it. 1000-1500-2000 then either spray or...

Can you Believe this is a Hyundai

it's actually an icon on a screen, not a button. In my opinion, it works well, especially given its location in the menu. Your comparison is similar to what Blackberry once argued was in their favor vs the iPhone and we see how that played out. Now we see car companies adopting this approach...

Can you Believe this is a Hyundai

With the new reviews coming out for both U.S. models—and since you have one and I have the other—I figured it was a good time to bring up Tesla. 😁 You’ve probably noticed from my posts that I’m a Trump supporter too. I use ‘H’ as a shortcut because I’m just tired of typing it all out, like how...

99.5% of both will live on the street. Drive them both and you'll see the Tesla is just better and for up to $25k less. I appreciate what H has done in an attempt to engineer things, but it's overly complicated and very gimmicky at times. I suppose having them as an option is fun for some...

Can you Believe this is a Hyundai

SavageGeese are pretty fair guys. They even noted the engineers spent time with them reviewing the features, etc. I've never driven one and am not a fan for many reasons, but the fake noises and gears, etc., are such corny gimmicks that I can't take the car seriously. I'm also not a...

    Gyeon CanCoat

Love CanCoat. It's my go-to for yearly refreshes on both our cars and customers. Ours are all wearing Syncro EVO though so for ours it will be a fresh layer of Skin when needed.

if the car can't handle bouncing off the rev limiter then they either need to reconsider how they position the trim level or adjust the rev limiter. I've never been a fan of the brand. much better than they were in days past but still not where I'd want to park my money today.
