Use a clay bar and Wolfgang rinseless in the clay lube ratio. Either just wipe it off or rinse with CR spotless then dry before polishing.

Can't really comment on waterless wash but for rinseless wash I use the Cobra 530's you mentioned. Lot's of people like the Eagle edgeless, maybe grab a few of each and see what you prefer. Can never have too many microfiber towels.
