    Consolidating Products - Best AIO & Wax/Sealant?

I suspect that UNO isn't as aggressive as Speed. In back to back testing, with UNO and BF's One Step, i did find I had more correction with the BF. It was also more sun friendly (mobile work). And i feel BF is close to Speed in correction ability. Not sure which is more, though. Having loved...

    Expectations of a Mini Polisher?

another option, that is way easier on the wallet, is the Griot's G8. You can use it with 2" and 3" pads, both backing plates included in the box. For 1" they offer a separate 1" backing plate attached (permanently) to a small extension. 8mm orbit

It's Finally Here! FLEX FS-140 Flexible Shaft Set for the PXE 80

Sounds like MAP, or Minimum Advertised Price. Something I learned about when "launching" my own product line. After selling to my second, then my third retail store, I kind of saw the importance of it. Here's some more info on MAP What Is A MAP Policy And Why Is It Important for Your Brand?

    Gyeon Factory

I know of one pro who buys Gyeon in volume. Enough so that he asked me to make him a custom solution, much like the Coating Caddy(TM) Bottle Holders I make, but to fit many more bottles.

I have a Subby for my DeWalt blower. Those are 3D printed. They feel pretty solid and mine has been holding up just fine.

I've been flying blind - no depth meter

Side hustler here. And i have one. It's a great tool to have in the box and use it on some jobs. I don't use it on ALL jobs, only because MOST of what I do is AIO type work, so light polishing at most. If i suspect panels were painted, or thinning paint, i bring it out. If i'm planning on...

    I was just thinking

Short answer: YES. Like others mentioned, ONR and Nano Shock. Well, with ONR, Yvan uses ONR to wash, and then Opti's Car Wax to lube and seal while using the clay towel. Several videos on this method. Wow. Haven't seen "cages" mentioned in such a long time. Flashback to the good ol days. LOL

Headlights, wet sand then polish, or cutting compound?

Just like with paint....do a test spot. I teamed up recently with another detailer on a job. I noticed the headlights were foggy, as did he. he asked if we were going to do them. I said, "if we have time" - thinking sanding was needed. He's a young and eager guy. He is also VERY happy with...

    Lake Country HDO/CCS

Two reasons I've actually been considering those pads for long throw work.

    Lake Country HDO/CCS

Definitely! I seen the slo-mo video from LC showing that in action. Oh wow. 12. That's almost down the middle, slightly leaning closer to 15 than 8.

You already carry about everything I use.

    Lake Country HDO/CCS

The foam part of HDO / SDO is actually the same. The difference is the HDO (Heavy Duty Orbital ?) is intended to be used with the harsh movements of the large throw machines (15mm and 21mm). The SDO (Standard Duty) is intended for 8mm (short throw ?) machines. That's what the additional foam...

Guz, you don't much use Griot's for washes, do you?

Your go to compound for one step and 2 step?

It should, for the very reason that it is "late" to the game. I would expect some of their newest formulations, and as such, a solid product.

    Best "One Step" product

I do P808 over UNO Protect. It doesn't really take much more time and it does appear to impart a bit more gloss. Not sure how long the combo lasts as I've only done it on other's cars.
