There will be a "C" before the code. For instance, "C650" or "C033" on the VIN plate typically in the door area of the drivers door. Google "Mercedes C650 paint" and you'll see the VIN plate.

The power behind the 3" GG may not be enough to remove the swirls. It's a rather lacking machine for correcting.

You could do HDSpeed on an orange pad or white pad. I'd start with the white and see what happens. If the white doesn't cut well enough jump up to an orange pad. Of course, this is assuming you have this stuff on hand.

Have you tried something as simple as hot water? If it has a coating on it, try that first to see if it rids the dirt. If not, try something like warm water and dish soap.

Make sure the straw inside of the product bottle is not clogged or blocked by debris.
