is that only a DI resin for the filter..if so that is a HUGE rip off..you can get a DI resin for 20bucks and get one of those empty canisters off any fish supply place for 20 or even ebay for less. I know I bought a DI add on kit for my RO unit and it was like 20bucks for me..same thing they are...

the MF system is great for defect removal and ease of use..but on soft paint you still need foam to finish out.

the MF system does not play well for finishing on my super soft black mustang paint. So far the best combo I have found for my paint is crimson hydrotech and 85RD

ill tell you from experiance crimson pad with 85RD work great on super soft paint

low profile hydrotechs are my fav.

low profile is better in terms of keeping your polisher spinning..less mass to spin means it can keep going under more pressure instead of bogging down..I always have just used Lake Country BP and never had any problems.

dont think so..I know 2 other members on here with 11's that say same thing paint is SUPER soft on their black stang

If I didnt have choice of Fuzion, Midnight Sun would be my next choice. I like its look..it isnt hard to use and from what I hear its durability isnt to bad.

yes so I dont scratch my paint..I had the LC grout sponge but it scratched up my paint and I threw it away..I can only use my rolled edge MF or other good MF to dry as well..Cobra waffle weave towels scratch my paint as well.

i use my RODI unit to make my 3gal of water so there will be no spotting..I put in my ONR and use one of my rolled edge MF towels..I dont use a 2nd bucket cause my car never has anything more then dust on it and its garage 80% of the time..wash a panel and dry it with a cobra rolled edge...

i cant say on durability..I like Midnight sun and love Fuzion..I have been using Midnight sun on car past 2 times..but I will say I still think Fuzion applies and wipes off easier

you will have no problem using a different BP..i have both the Megs and the Lake country..I had a finishing pad fail on me with the megs plate but never had one fail on me with the Lake country plate. personally I hate the megs plate as the hook and loop is really short and if you use any other...

Nice when I bought mine new with 15miles on the clock it looked like someone took a push broom to it. To this day i still got some RIDS here and there because of how poor they kept it on the lot.

i usually give my BFWD about 8hrs before I top it with midnight sun..so if you do it early you can wax it later on in the day

i always apply sealant by machine..I apply wax by machine sometimes as well. I normally do it by hand just cause I get nervous popping the wax out of the jar and I can just see me slipping and plop wax on ground and no good now.

you can but I wouldnt use them for anything other then applying a wax or sealant..the 6.5" pads suck up to much of the power on the PC and it bogs down easy. Thats why i only use the Low profile 5.5" hydrotechs
