Ok, weird thread. How to pronounce Griot's and Rupes

Eins = One Zett = Zee so the description of a onesee was spot on. Industry = Industrial (in this case) Reiniger - Cleaner I guess the Germans don't feel the need to translate the product names, the German cars we put the stuff on understand it correctly. :props:

Will we get over our addiction?

I guess I am still in the early stages of my addiction. While I have a set of go to products, the various reviews of other products by the pro's (I am just a nut in a garage) make we want to try other stuff and sales like the one this past weekend certainly feed that addiction. I am looking...

The Post a Picture of Your Ride as it Sits Thread

The top one is taken with a Nikon D3 with a 70-200 f2.8 lens, the bottom one is iPhone. (The mountain in the background is Mt. Adams, picture taken at Mt. Hood winery) Really love my SQ5, mileage isn't that great, but "smileage" is priceless. Can't keep the right foot out of it.

Engine Detailing Advice - Suggestions please

I am not saying that there is nothing you can do. How about squirt the whole engine bay with some good APC, scrub the hell out of it and pressure wash it to reveal what you have to work with. Make sure you cover the electronics such as ECM, distributor, coil, and any other sensitive items so you...

Engine Detailing Advice - Suggestions please

Those look pretty corroded/oxidized. You could try a good aluminum cleaner and a stiff brush, but I think the amount of time spent cleaning this one up might not be cost effective, since the customer might not be willing to spend that much (assuming this is a paying job). If this a labor of love...

This Year's Black Friday Sale was a BIG ONE!

It must be Florida, leaving pallets outside. That wouldn't work around here in the Pacific North Wet (West). I hope your new building has a loading dock, that way you can drive the forklift into the truck and speed the whole process up a bit.

    Car Wash

I like CG Citrus + Gloss or Honeydew Snowfoam, depending on what I am doing. I just washed my first 2 cars with Optimum no Rinse, the verdict is still out on that one. The first one I washed using the Lake Country sponge (hated it), the second one I used MF towels (much better).
