Salt that is left over from the softener? My brother would leave a glass with a slight amount of water in it and after it evaporated, it left behind a film...his installer indicated that there's a slight amount of salt that makes it into the water and that's what he was seeing....the water...

Yeah, I find it takes me a long time to clean my SRT8 wheels for Griot's HD Wheel Cleaner and two Daytona brushes. I'd love to spray that stuff on all the way around, then foam it up, and then rinse.

Brilliant black pearl or black with flake..

I've used OPC on my tires, wheels, wheel well liners, and plastic trim with very good results. I've since switched to Megs APC but this was a cost issue. I've diluted at 4 to 1 and 10 to 1 finding that 4 to 1 takes care of everything on the exterior and 10 to 1 works well inside.

Thanks for the suggestion. Maybe I have unrealistic expectations for the UFF. I notice that on both car, driving in the results is spots and streaking...very dirty, but maybe that's gonna be the result no matter what product I use. Back to Megs Gold Class car wash now...

It took me 3 to dry my 300C SRT8...I wonder if I'm doing it wrong? I even blew it dry with my shop-vac first.

UFF is also my 1st wowa and I'm not sure what I think about it. It doesn't seem to last as long as I thought it would or maybe I am not understanding what it should do. It's very easy to apply and wipe off. Immediately afterwards water just slides off. After a week it beads up really well...

Wasn't sure, either...I would have placed the order with AG but their pricematch requires placing that order and linking to the competitor and I dont have faith that AG would match...plus shipping was cheaper, too.
