Looks great...
when Smack said it is easier to maintain, does that mean it does not collect as much dust, and bird bombs do not etch, no water spots? or are those still concerns?
also; you know how this is a "wrap", does it get easily peeled? like if someone door dings, would it peel the wrap...
The best advice I can give is to just get Chemical Guys Wash n Gloss, you use so little, a gallon at $20 will last you at least 5 years, more if you only do your own car. It cost about $.05 cents per wash if you measure correctly.
thanks bob for the future review, looking forward to it, especially with your unique delivery
yeah I understand you got a sample of it, but I am just saying the cost is steep, for only a 4oz container, and it is not an established wax, it is a starting one. In no way am I knocking the product...
stilltipping3, you should think before you post information that is accusing, spreads rumors, or false...
two recent threads you created which is this one, and the Meguiars Acquires 3D, both which are false
I was about to place an order, figuring it was ~$30/40 for a 4oz pot...
but its $70? the 3oz size of: dodo super natural hybrid, chockwork orange, blackfire midnight sun, pinnacle souveran, are not even that expensive. While I can see it is one more oz, it definitely is overpriced. Yes there...
I have the Flex's third cousin's little brother, the Meguiars G110v2. Let me know if you are interested in trading it for your Rupes 21 with 5-inch backing plate
I'll even throw in some Meg's Soft Foam pads 7", to make up it have similar working area coverage to the Rupes
what do you use the crimson pad for?
I have a couple but only found they are good for waxing
I tried a very fine polish (sf4500) to increase gloss, and on another panel to remove light marring, and neither worked well, and the red crimson was too "soft" to do anything other than wax
so you will dump their "hole line" (which works perfectly well, above most standards) simply because they won't sell you OC pro? seems like a childish approach...
you will be moving to CG (most products are average at best, best being the soaps)...that also do not give you any warranty
Second...
it looks like you rubbed it on a headlight that was already clear and in good condition... hence if it was good before, rubbing this and buffing off, it will still look good...
if you use hand application and do "5 overlaps" with hands, at best you are just adding temporarily protection, you...
hey mark, have you considered this?
Permanon Super-Matte Finish Protection
probably a better choice than CGs
it's currently on sale and you get a free sprayer
detail spray are suppose to have more lubrication and cleaning agents, so you can clean stuff off such as light dirt, smudges, tire sling, and bird dropping
spray waxes, (although some say you can use it for light dust), should be used to a clean surface to add more protection, reloading the...
