The only thing I've ever seen at my local store are packs of 15 cotton or microfiber towels. The cotton ones are a joke, about as big as a washcloth and really stiff; never tried the MF.

Besides cleaning and protecting the leather, you might consider putting a thin cotton cloth across the seat bottom to act as a barrier between your denim & the leather.

As you said, 302 is the second part of the MF system, designed to work together. I guess you could try a black foam finishing pad, depending on the condition of the paint then see how it looks to you. You could also try a green polishing pad but that might not provide the same level of gloss...
