I would save another $75 and get a mytee lite II. You can find then new for $675. Heat is def not overrated. There's a reason that every good carpet cleaning professional uses heat, it cleans better!

Yeah I sure will. Yes the ph rinse or acid rinse as they call it too is common practice for carpet cleaners. Also some of the carpet cleaning products that have built in deodorizers kill 2 birds with one stone.

I've never heard of it and in all honestly would probably be discriminatory and not use it just bc of the name...
