I always clean my vinyl pieces with 1 part Woolite to 10 parts water. I put that in a wash bucket and wash the vinyl with a kitchen sponge and then immediately rinse with clean water and dry with a MF. After all the pieces are clean and dry, I go over them with Pinnacle's vinyl and rubber...
