My opened Uber ceramic went cloudy after 2-3 years. I figured it was done by then. My opti-coat 2.0 started to congeal so that's done too. :(

What has worked for me is that I rinse out the sprayer with water before I put the bottle back on the shelf. This way, the caustic chemicals really don't settle into the sprayer components at all. I've gone from maybe a year of durability to "years". ;-)

Just based on what I read, Mike's recommendation makes a lot of sense. You wouldn't have a lot of resistance from Nissan paint to correct it. If you did want a pure polish, I would recommend Menzerna SF-3500. It will simply, work.

Bring the original (to show it to the processor) and it's likely they will need the copy to work the internals.

Since you are getting back in.... consider a hybrid wax as your first attempt to get into the hobby (Dodo Juice Supernatural Hybrid Nano) or Collinite 845 (2-layers). If you do this, then 5-7 are consolidated and your save time & money. Then maintain with a QD.
