What Happened? Meguiars Microfiber vs Rupes Foam Pads I'm working on a black Mercedes 2011 E550. I tried out the 3" Meguiars white fine microfiber pads on a Rupes mini speed 4 on the rear bumper (first time using microfiber for correction) with Uber compound. I wasn't getting good results...

Here's the plan. 2011 Black E550 4matic will be compounded with Wolfgang Uber, then WTSR, then Wolfgang Finishing Glaze. Topped with CQuartz. Then.... what carnuba based wax to top it off with? I'm deciding between: Black Label Synergy Fuzion Souveran BlackIce Hybrid Or other suggestions?

I just ordered a gallon of Opti-bond, never used it before, but from the pics it looks like it might look good on plastic parts in the engine, especially hoses. Anyone ever tried this, and how did it look?
