I'm using a homemade cocktail (mostly filtered distilled water and a little alcohol plus two more ingredients) as a QD. Just somthing to act as a quick cleaner. Is this acceptable or should there be something in the stuff to "feed" the finish? If this is ok I'd rather not purchase yet another...
