Hey so need some help, not sure how to tackle this. This is a 91 NSK, 9000kms, all original. It is murdering all of my polishes. Nothing seems to break down, they just dry out, and start dusting like crazy, pitch polish balls everywhere, and then it's near impossible to buff off the residue...

I was just wondering if anyone can suggest a good backing plate other then the stock one for the flex DA? My stock one is starting to melt so it's time for an upgrade! So far in my search I've only found ones specifically for the Porter Cable :p Thanks everyone :dblthumb2:

Alright I need to order more pads but I need to make sure they're the right ones. What are the ones on the right? They seem to work the best with the Flex while the ones on the left tend to just get destroyed :( Thanks guys!

I just received my XP yesterday. I noticed on the counterweight it say "Use only with 5 inch pad" I want to use my 3.5" pads, so do I need to take this counterweight off? The instructions don't tell me lol. Thanks! Renee
