I just like to know, what size pads do yous commonly use on a rotary? I now have 8.5in LC pads, 6in edge double side pads ( w/o an adapter yet), 5in pads and spot 4in pads. backing plates I have 7in 5in 4in for the rotary. I don't see many use double side pads, why? is it fairly new?

hello everyone on AG. I recently brought a Mikita rotary buffer, I never use a DA before, but am looking into DAs now. since I have makita to do corrections, should I invest in a Flex or others will be fine?
