    Are there any detailers that.......

Do not use famous compounds such as M105, Optimum, etc. I am pretty much asking if there is anyone out there not really doing that many corrections but get a lot of interior/engine jobs plus basic exterior jobs that warrant the use of an AIO. A lot of places in the country do not have a...

    Whats your cheapest car wash?

Mines is about $25. For a small car: Exterior wash. Door jamb dry Tires/wheels/wells cleaned & dressed. Bigger vehicles, interior vac/wipedowns, maintenence details, etc can be up to $100 for me typically, which takes 2-3 hours. Then a basic detail starts at $150.

    Disappointing products

While there are some really good detailing products on the market, there are also some not so great ones. I would like to hear some thoughts and have a good product discussion about products that we were not impressed with. I always find these type of discussions interesting and fun. I'll...

Hey Mike, I am working on a very large boat, the color of the boat is white and it is very oxidized. I used Meguiars M49 Oxidation Remover with a G110 and a Soft Buff 2.0 polishing pad. The problem is the M49 is taking a really long time to remove the oxidation and its not even removing all of...

    M40 vs All Season Dressing

Hi everyone. I was browsing around in the store here on AG and noticed that they carry both Meguiars All Season Dressing and Meguiars M40. I think I only want to buy one by the gallon to dress my tires and plastic trim with. Will probably be placing my order soon too. I am pretty familiar...

Just using soap and water on wheels

I truly think that the best thing to clean wheels with is just soap and water and various brushes. I would imagine all those fancy wheel cleaners that range from 10-20 dollars a bottle work fine and maybe even speed up the process on caked on brake dusted wheels. But I always keep coming back to...
