...If so, what kind of applicator are you using? Could be me, but it was a pain to apply. Looks great once I got it on & in between all the letters, numbers & ridges on the tire. I used a foam tire applicator.

FWIW..... I applied Opti Coat (OC)on 1 of my rims as a test before I applied it to the other rims. The OC was applied 1 month ago to the lip of the rim which is polished aluminum. Sorry no pics from then, but it looked like, well, polished aluminum.... The OC kept the rim shiny, easy to clean...

I hope I posted in the right spot.. Pep Boys has select canopies on sale-I'm looking at this 12'x12' 'slant leg' The 10'x10' 'straight leg' is on sale also & it says it has a bigger shade coverage area.....Anyone have any experience with these? Any recommendations? Thanks Sorry about the pics...

Any one know how 'flexible' cquartz is? I have a retractable bed cover on my truck made of Lexan- Retrax brand- I'd like to coat. I have Opti Coat but Dr. G says OC is not flexible enough for the 'shape change' any thoughts? Thanks

OPTI COAT I just got back from a 18hr round trip to Kansas City, MO to visit the in-laws. My OC came in the day I left & was anxious to get back and play. So far I only want to apply OC to the front, roof, rear bumper & step rails of my truck because I still like playing with sealants & waxes...
