What is your favorite product for interior cleaning and protection?

I have a customer with a cigarette burn on his passenger seat. It's a light gray fabric seat. The burn is the exact size of the cigarette tip and it burned all the cloth except the mesh woven part at the bottom. Does anyone know how to fix this?
