    Longest lasting interior protection

Is there anything on the market for interior protection that will last longer than 2-3 months? From what can get UIGP and Wolfgang cockpit sealant are the 2 best options. But there has to be something that will last 6+ months.....I hope. -note 4 powered by T-Mobile

Been a long time, starting over

So ive been out of the loop for a couple years. Got sucked into a job that took all my time. Now that I have free time again I'm getting back into the detailing thing. So here's where it gets fun. I literally have no chemicals left over. I don't really know what the new top dogs are anymore...

    Poli-Seal vs GPS

For those of you who have used both which one do you find better? I finally used Poli-Seal a few days ago, and it is a pleasure to work with. Very nice shine as well. Not sure what I can expect for durability though. I have yet to try GPS, and was just wondering if it is any better than...

    Carpets

If I had to pick the weakest spot in my detailing arsenal it would have to be carpets. I currently have APC+ and Folex, but sometimes I run into stuff that neither of these can touch. So that brings me to my question. What do you guys use on the really tuff stains? Coffee, grease ect.. I do...

Couple quick thoughts on some popular products.

UTTG+ Honestly, for $30 I expected more. I much prefer PERL on my tires. And I am not impressed with it on the trim at all. the car I used it on has some fading, and after probably 20 minutes (2 coats) the fading comes back into sight. The fading is completly covered by other trim products I...

So I finally got around to trying out XMT360 Spray Wax

And I am blown away. I was not expecting it to be as good as it was honestly. But it goes on and comes off so easy. No streaking, nice shine, has a pleasant smell and just feels good to use. I honestly think it has replaced my love for D156. I was shocked  Seriously, go buy this stuff!

    Collinite 845 Potency Test

The concern of the solvents in Collinite 845 was brought up in this thread http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/auto-detailing-101/43710-i-m-seeing-many-people-use-845iw-topper.html . Little bit of rotary shopping help.

The time has come to upgrade to a rotary I believe. The only problem I am having is deciding between the new DeWalt, and the Makita. Also I have no clue what pad trends are for rotaries now. I am thinking I want to use something like 6.5" pads for most of my work. Just because all the new...
