So I made a post about a broke souveran lid. Received it in mail pull it out of package. Dog is interested and jumps up Bamm!!! 2 broke souveran lids. Offered to pay for the next replacement and no charge it's on it's way in the mail!!

any idea how i can get a replacement lid for my souveran jar. the FIRST application i dropped the lid and broke it. im awaiting an email from pinnacle and autogeek now.
