    Interior cleaning

    So I need to purchase a strong small vacuum and a carpet cleaner. I dont want to spend more than $200 for both. I'm strongly leaning towards the Bissel proheat and I was just looking at a rigid portable vac. Thoughts? What are ya'll using? Have a recommendations?
