    Customer Turn Down

    Well....it had to happen eventually. I am going to have to tell a customer no. I have not had to do this before now. Without going into all of the details....the job is just too big and too much for me. How do you guys tell customers no....sorry cant do it?

    Hybrid Engine

    What would cause oxidation to return a few days after compounding? Looked good/great immediately after polishing compound. 1980 Mercedes 480SL

    Selling Supplies/Products on your Website?

    Help!

    Worked on a 99 GMC Conversion Van today.....the dash has some fake wood grain trim.....I wiped this trim down with water only and at the end of the day....there are spots on the trim that are cloudy! Looks Bad.... hOW CAN i FIX THIS?Feed back please
