    Porter Cable Issue

Fellow worker has the polisher for about 6 years and its beginning to cause him some problems. Its grinding, like a wrench thrown in a turbine (not my words) runs slow than eventually kicks in to the setting speed. Has anyone experienced this? If yes, have a solution? Thanks, Howard

Making a difficult color pop question

Polishing certain colors like a black or a pearl blue seems to give payback in terms of getting good reflection, using power lock and Wolfgang Fuzion to have it shine bright. Past weekend I polished this car with a Flex DA, blue pad and 3500. For the most part the car only had light swirls, some scratches were removed with rotary, orange pad and 2400. My 2 questions: First, how is the reflection? Considered good or still too cloudy? Also, how do I get this color...

Just curious, will temps in the mid-80's affect using Menzerna? Had an issue this weekend, stopped polishing my daughter's car as the polish would dry up quickly. Had no opportunity to work it, at all. Car is under a canopy and sat for over an hr out of the sun before I started. Will try...
