I hope I posted this in the right. My license plate caused some scuffs on my grill. How easy/cheap is it to repair this?

There are some hard water spots on my car. Im assuming they are from washing although I could have sworn the areas were dried. Can they be effectively removed without having to polish out the Opti-Coat?

If I use ONR as a pre-soak, rinse my case with a pressure washer, can I dry it with minimal marring? Just in case I am pressed for time and only have 10 minutes or so to do everything.
