Ive heard some people used ultimate polish in direct sunlight or cloudy day outside.. i dont have a garage or anywhere to block the sun. so i was thinking should i polish on a cloudy day or just polish in the sun. Does it really matter please help..

I neep help , a professional detail shop wants to charge me $80 dollars , i have fine swirl marks on my octane blue color 2011 lancer . the detail manager said he will use clay bar , polish , haze and wax and car wash is included. does that sound right ? and will that remove the swirl marks.
