Is the swivel Tuff Max up to par?

Can't seem to get rid of it for good. Car is clean and windows are clean. I can never roll down my windows without leaving streaks. Any ideas?

I'm working on a BMW X5 with Xzilon coating offered by BMW dealers. BMW did a horrible job of not correcting the paint before applying the coat (surprised?). Will a typical compound/polish regimen remove the coating and swirls?

UPS/USPS/FedEx? USPS Priority flat rate seems to have the best price, but how are they with shipping detailing chemicals?
