I got a bottle of Car Pro's HydrO2 over the summer. On the label, it states to use a dilution rate of 1:3. However, on Car Pro USA's website, it states 1:6. What dilution rate is correct? I got it in August. Did the product itself change? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
