Looking for ideas on how to get rid of these scuffs on my motorcycle. The paint is a black gloss. I thought it was dirty possibly, but even after washing and clay barring it it remained. Its smooth to touch still. Is there a wax or technique out there that will get rid of this? Thank you everyone.
