    Griots customer service is amazing!

    I purchased a 6" da from Griots in 2007. I have used it steadily over the years, and although I have several other machines, this GG6 has been my go to machine. The old style backing plate finally wore out, so I called Griots customer service to hopefully get a 5" backing plate for this...
