I’m a little confused on this tinted clearcoat? Apparently this is something common on Ford vehicles? I’ve never heard of this. Is there something different needed to correct or polish this paint system? Or a different technique needed to reach a flawless finish? Appreciate any feedback. Mike

Quick question. I have a brand new 7424 never used. Is the 7424XP much different? Would it make sense to replace the 7424 with the XP model? Besides more power, is there any major changes? Regards, Mike

Anyone have the felt ring on their 3401 get hot and basically disintegrate? I did not oil it, it’s completely my ignorance in not doing so. The machine works great. Any damage in using it without it? Mike
