I was reading about DP 4 in 1 and the site said that it can be used as a pad conditioner. Is this also true of ONR? I was planning on buying some pad conditioner but if I can use my ONR then I can save few bucks.

I just bought a PC and was contemplating what size pad I should get. I've read many different viewpoints. From what I can tell, it seems like the 5.5" pads are the way to go. If the PC can get bogged down by the 6.5" pads then why are all the kits sold with 6.5" pads?

Do I need to spray a conditioner or anything else onto a pad before I use it? I've heard it's not a good idea to start polishing with a dry pad.
