Opinion on what this mark is? I’ve hit it with a medium foam pad and some compound & still don’t come out. It’s not as easy to see in person as it is on camera. I can’t feel the marks at all.

got home & noticed a rock chip. Used dr color chip(which I have numerous times before with no issue) and today it left like a weird film right on top it appears. You only see it from an angle and it’s not hazy or anything what could this be? Would a compound take this right off?
