    Help with Poorboy's EX

I've used the poorboys EX a couple times now. Everytime, i get bad streaks and tiger stripes. I've used my dads wolfgang sealant, and had no trouble at all. Is the wolfgang just much better, or am i doing something wrong with the poorboys? The first time, i applied, let it haze, and removed...

Using clay for the first time

I am using clay for the first time. Is there anything I should do other than wash my car before I clay? The clay will also remove all sealants and waxes I assume. I know theres better stuff out there, but I'm on a budget, so is mothers California Gold Clay Bar Paint Saving System good enough? If...

    California duster

Is the more expensive stuff that much better, or can i just stick with this? Also, can i use this when buffing out a wax or sealant to make...

Crow's Feet (I think thats what it's called)

I've recently discovered that my car has had a paint job before i purchased it. Overall, it came out well, except there are crow's feet (pretty sure thats what they call it) on the hood. My mechanic has told me that whoever painted it did not use primer before painting the car, and thats why i...

    Buffer help

I have an old buffer in my garage that i would really like to use. I have just turned of age to drive, got my new car, and want to start detailing. I remember, however, the first, and last time my dad used the buffer. It burnt all the paint on the hood of his car. The paint looked all faded and...
