Here in Argentina I can get it, and I compare it with LC backing plate and they looked to me very similar

You can use any 7" backing plate for 3M pads ;)

Hi, I'm very glad to say that I found an adapter for my problem and want to share with you because it can be the solution for others, it's from 3M and converts from 5/8"(male) to M14(female) for the rotary buffer outside of eeuu. Good bye and thanks!
