Skip extractor... jump to a steamer and never look back. There is no function from an extractor you cant duplicate with an equally priced steamer, a spray bottle and shop vac. The steamer gets way hotter and the vac has more pull to get water back out. My 2 cents.

Well with proper prep and application to my parents car it has lasted over 2 years and is still going strong... Looks great too but the car is a gold color with flake so others with a solid color might have different opinion. Durability is top notch... dirt releasing is top notch... only thing...

Its designed to be "Water Activated" so I would not dilute it with water.

What you have there is artillary fungus. It's in the mulch somewhere near where she parks at home or work. It grows in standard shredded mulch. You will notice that it has a rock hard cap that protects it. Once the cap is scrapped off it can be cleaned with claying most likely. My parents...

It polishes out with a fine polish... it does not take long but sometimes you need an aggressive clay.
