    Anyone else get desensitized?

And THAT is the ONLY thing that I use a LSP for.

    Anyone else get desensitized?

Don't allow anyone to talk you out of that feeling because I feel the EXACT same way. I have tried LSP's from here to Pluto and the resukts were exactly the same as far as enhancement was concerned. There was VERY, VERY LITTLE to NONE. I have been sent more LSP's to try from all over the planet...

    Buff and Shine pads

Likewise and for a while, I've decided to stick with companies that actually manufacture the product instead of 3rd party sellers. When you call a company that has their own manufacturing facility, their support staff tends to know their products extremely well and shoot you the straight scoop...

    Buff and Shine pads

Let's just say that the owner and I had different opinions on how things should be done and that he didn't appreciate the fact that I didn't like or use everything that he sold. I can't think of one manufacturer in the detailing business that makes the best of EVERYTHING.

    Buff and Shine pads

Hey Roger, to be exact, I only recommend Hex-Logic pads for the PC-7424XP or similar orbital polisher. In my opinion, they do more work with a orbital machine, which lacks the power to get stuff done quickly. At the same time, I do not recommend them for a true dual-action machine like the Flex...

Go to an automotive painter's forum. You'll probably find a few instances that you can inquire about.

I don't consider it's arguing, it's more of a case of insight being shined on a subject of confusion.

How Much Does Wax "Really" Do For Perfect Paint?

Today's paints don't need 90 days to cure. That was true with the old lacquer paints that my father taught me to use. That's why I said that my paint cured in a week. The products that I used stated that on the information sheet that came with the clear coat. There are some paint combinations...

How Much Does Wax "Really" Do For Perfect Paint?

Fresh paint has to off-gas. All of the chemicals that are added to the paint in order to make it "sprayable" DO NOT remain in the paint. They evaporate. THUS, if you attempt to seal them in, they are going to blister the paint when trying to escape. You CANNOT stop this process. It is going to...

Certainly. Crow's feet is just one of the lovely experiences that you can end up with.

Other than the sealants, what isn't? And it's not that they are not body shop safe, it's that you don't seal paint that hasn't cured. Other than that, they can be used in a body shop environment.
