For interior cleaning I would go with 1z Cockpit Premium and skip the wheel sealant. For the polisher I would go ahead and get the Griots Garage polisher it is a better polisher. Also look into Meguiars Apc or Optimum Power Clean.

That makes me want to try Apc plus more now, for some reason every local body shop supply store only carries apc
