I also really like the CG Drill Brush - works great on carpets and, per a suggestion on this forum, it also works great on tires! I used it to prep my tires for Tuf Shine, and it really made a big difference (inital with the supplied hand brush didn't yield very good results).

I would love to try 'The Mask' Spray On Protection - sounds like the perfect product for the poor hood on my Accord (oh, the chips!).

I can always use a spare 6" BP - I PM'd you...

Would you mind sharing your pad/polisher combo? I have had PO85RD in my basket forever and and 2013 NBP Accord I would love to try it on...

I feel your pain. I have a 2009 Honda Fit - tried to smooth out a few scratches in the passenger side door. Apparently I didn't have my GG DA parallel to the door and my orange pad/M105 combo went through to the primer in two passes. Still feel sick just thinking about it. Thinnest paint - ever.

Sorry to say that I had a similar issue with the paint on my '09 Honda Fit. I tried to use my GG DA M105 and a tangerine pad on some self-inflicted scratches and, in less than 10 passes, found my way to the primer... The guy at the body shop commented on how shiny I had made the primer...
